Technology has opened up many fora to interact with written words. To such an extent that the print media, physical books’  existence feel threatened for the sake of ease as with the example cited above.  But the things are not exactly same with the books-e-books as with stairs-elevator case. The feel of book and reading through a physical book  and even the smell of book has no match for its digital sibling – E books.

Arvind Passey ‏@arvindpassey (tweet friend says…)   You can carry an entire library in your Kindle… and end up reading not a single book! That’s the truth of digital books of today!

There will be a ever ending debate on the space , availability and cost perspective and in most cases the the digital sibling may win over its physical brother but in the end  (for me at least) its the book in hand that matters the most…

Hundreds of websites will switch to IPv6 for a 24-hour period.

Hundreds of websites will switch to IPv6 for a 24-hour period.

Well! today is another important day in the history of world of internet. It’s time to say adios  to IPv4 (xxx.xx.xxx.xx). Today several of internet companies are making test for IPv6, Internet protocol version 6, compatibility. With the ever-increasing websites the IPv4 shall exhaust by the end of 2011.

Think of it this way: When a telephone company runs of out of digits, it adds one more number. The same rule applies to Internet.

Some popular websites like Google & Facebook, claim that few of their users will have problem logging.

Facebook said the adoption of IPv6 had become a “classic chicken-and-egg puzzle”. “Websites don’t want to enable IPv6 because a small number of their users may have trouble connecting,” it said.

“At the same time, doing nothing means that ever more users will have trouble connecting,” said Facebook.

Be prepared to usher in another world.

Invention of mobile telephony was a revolution. People just got unwired. The more cheap mobile became, the more reach it achieved.

The age of mobile is over, It has evolved over time. Now-a-days mobiles are no longer accessories, they have been replaced by Smart phones with thousands of apps. The communication over age has evolved. SMS and

With so many VOIP players in market, offering free or subsidized rates, Voice chatting over Internet has become convenient and cheap source to interact Compared to Mobile phone.
